    Yes! This course is designed to include very basic yet profoundly impactful practices that anyone can easily do. Though the results are great, the practices take very little previous knowledge, money or even time to complete.

  • Participating in the Basic Balance Challenge doesn’t make me “basic” does it? I’ve heard that’s not a thing I want to be…

    "Basic" is referring to the simplicity of these practices, not the quality of your character... which is magnificent! These practices will in fact enhance the quality of your character over time.
