Take care of yourself and the ones you love.

Being human can be stressful  — especially right now. And... we cannot let the discomfort hold us back. We have a lot of work to do to abolish systems of oppression and take a stand for a more equitable and inclusive world.⠀⠀

This virtual workshop is a small offering intended to support you to counter the stress-response that we are all experiencing right now. Collectively, we are in the process of clearing hundreds of years of programming — and it is vital to remember our tools for self care. Molly will share radical self care practices to replenish your body and mind.

When we are overcome by stress, we feel ungrounded — unable to think clearly and to act thoughtfully. Chronic, depleting stress holds us back from showing up, doing the work, and making a difference. Take care of yourself, so you can keep showing up for the cause. True and lasting change takes time — we need you to stay inspired, energized and connected.
